Fabric Collection FAQ

Each fabric in this collection carries its own history and beauty. To honor that, I’ve outlined a few key details to help you shop with confidence and understand how your fabrics are offered and handled.

Are fabrics sold as single cuts?

Yes — many fabrics in this curated release are sold as a single cut, even when the piece contains multiple yards (for example, a 2½-yard piece).
These pieces are offered as-is and are labeled clearly in the product listing.

Selling them this way helps minimize remnants and preserves the integrity of each fabric’s story — one piece, one purpose, one creative journey.

Is there a minimum yardage for certain fabrics?

Some fabrics require a 2-yard minimum purchase, while others may be sold by the yard.

If a listing requires a 2-yard minimum, orders below two yards cannot be fulfilled.

Please note:

• Fractional yardage (¼, ½, etc.) is not available, unless it is part of a designated single cut.

How accurate are the colors shown online?

Every fabric is photographed with care; however, certain textures, finishes, and tones can be challenging to capture perfectly.

Here’s what to keep in mind:

• Color may vary slightly due to lighting, fabric surface, and device screen settings.
• Any noticeable differences are mentioned in the product description.
• If you’re unsure about color, texture, or weight, you’re welcome to reach out with questions before ordering — I’m always happy to help you choose confidently.

Is the fabric stored in a clean environment?

Yes. All fabric is stored and prepared in a pet-free, smoke-free environment to ensure it arrives fresh, clean, and ready for your next project.

Why are some fabric edges uneven?

You may notice that certain pieces have edges that aren’t perfectly straight.
No worries — your measurements are always accurate.

• I measure from the true straight grain of the fabric.
• Any unevenness you see is simply overhang beyond the measured area.
• I leave this extra instead of cutting it away, because sewists appreciate every additional inch (even the tiny ones!).

Think of it as a little bonus rather than something tossed in the bin.

Do you offer swatches or returns?

Due to the limited and often one-of-a-kind nature of these fabrics:

• Swatches are not available.
• All sales are final.
