Shipping Policy
Every order is packed with care and shipped from my studio in South Bend, Indiana. Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days, though larger cuts or custom bundles may take a little longer. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order is on its way.
Fabric Cuts & Packaging
Most fabrics are sold as a single continuous cut, unless otherwise noted. Select fabrics may be cut to order or may require a 2-yard minimum purchase; any such requirements will be clearly stated on each product page. While I take great care to cut accurately, please allow for a slight variance of up to ±½ inch due to handling.
All fabrics are carefully cut, folded, and wrapped to protect them during transit. Multiple items purchased in the same order will be packaged together whenever possible. Every piece is inspected before shipping to ensure quality, and whenever possible. I package each order with the goal of ensuring it arrives clean, secure, and ready for your next project.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. I strive to keep rates fair and reflective of actual carrier costs.
Domestic Shipping
Orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping
We are currently only shipping within the United States.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, I’m unable to control delivery times or delays. If your package seems lost or delayed, please reach out — I’ll gladly help you contact the carrier and track it down.
