Reminds me of boucle...also tweed...without the wool? Whatever it is...it's pretty. Teal with black and white speckles throughout. I made a dress and a jacket out of this one in 2014 using Simplicity 1884. This could also be a type of suiting fabric. Soft enough to be a bit structured but fluid at the same time. This piece is one of a kind.
