A small but substantial vintage cut from Virginia’s Stash. This black and white wool blend has a wonderful nubby, tweed-like texture and plenty of structure.
Perhaps a skirt? Walking shorts? There may only be 1⅜ yards, but there is enough here to do something interesting. Because of the dry, textured hand, I would definitely line a garment worn against the skin.
Whatever it becomes, this beautiful vintage piece has plenty of character.
