Mikado satin is a luxurious, structured, medium-to-heavy weight fabric with a subtle sheen known for its crisp hand-feel and ability to hold shape, making it perfect for structured bridal gowns, evening wear, and sculptural designs that need volume without heaviness.
This GORGEOUS fabric was a must have for me when I saw it at JoAnn's. I wanted a suit, I wanted a dress. I wanted, wanted, wanted but never made. Now you have the chance. It's 97% Polyester and 3% Spandex and it is FABULOUS! The Florals are all along one side of the selvedge edges while the opposite side is plain...off white/cream. Designer grade stuff right here.
